Phase 1:
Stabilisation

Week 1

Phase 2:

  • Learn to manage overwhelming feelings and challenge the beliefs that have been keeping you stuck
  • Expand your coping skills through wellness practices, including yoga, somatic therapies, and sound baths

Addressing Underlying Issues

Weeks 5 to 12

  • During this phase, you join our trauma programme — where the root causes of your struggles are finally addressed
    through trauma-specific therapies.
